Every company needs visibility and differentiation. It needs to convey, in tone and style – across all media – its VALUES and the nature of its APPROACH TO WORK. To link client communications to the business objectives of building relationships and driving leads, I believe corporate design should be systematized, branded and client-focused.
VanEck Funds / Agency: Addison / Role: Creative Director, Designer / After VanEck completed a rebrand of the company, they needed someone to come in and quickly concept and design their print and presentation collateral. I created the system, grid and layout and professionally produced templates for thought leadership, commentaries, fund overviews, financial data sheets, biographies and the corporate PPT deck. I also reviewed VanEck's corporate website to bring it inline with the new brand.
It can be helpful to pull together a media map – a visual overview of every item the company produces (print, web, social, email, event, PPT, advertising, stationery, office design, whatever the case may be). This is a tremendously useful tool for reviewing the strengths and weaknesses of a company’s brand.
